Sergio launched and successfully exited two prior startups: Autologic (a pre-Google search engine for car buying) and iPorta (an interactive healthcare media platform).
Sergio holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an Honors BASc. in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Japanese from the University of Toronto.

Jay Hack is the VP of Business Intelligence at FemTec Health. With two machine learning patents and over twelve years building intelligent data systems, Jay is an expert in data science, artificial intelligence, and their application in consumer digital products. His operational experience spans from recruiting, fundraising and company building to hands-on application of machine learning research and constructing data systems operating at the scale of fortune 500 companies.
Prior to joining FemTec via an acquisition, Jay was the CEO and cofounder of Mira AI, an AI-powered digital beauty shopping platform backed by, among others, Founders Fund, Emily Weiss and Unilever Ventures. Jay previously graduated with a B.S. in computer science (AI concentration) from Stanford, ran a data science consulting firm in college with over $200k revenue, and built applied machine learning systems at Palantir for clients across six countries and five industries.
